I'd like to make small, low arrangements for our Thanksgiving table. (I'm not planning on cutting them now, I hope that's obvious)
How do mums do as cut flowers?
chrysanthemums are a brilliant cut flower.put the cut end in boiling water for a few seconds and place in a vase or bowl with a dash of bleach.this makes them last longer
Reply:They would keep fairly well, (at least through dinner), but many people find the smell objectionable.
