Could you define the universe?
Breathtakingly beautiful.
Reply:The universe consists of everything that exists. It's a pretty simple concept.
If God "created" the universe, it couldn't have been the real universe but merely a sub-universe. The real one was the one where he lived when creating the sub-universe. He either lived in one, or he WAS the universe.
Of course, he's not real.
Reply:Most people would say this universe is everything that was a product of the big bang, although if there are other universes which are the products of other big bangs then it might be worthwhile distinguishing between these individual universes and the everything-that-exists universe sometimes referred to as the 'Universe'.
Reply:Large. Although it isn't really. Compared to an ant the universe is tuffing massive but there could be something which is huge compared to the universe.
I'm going for complicated.
Reply:The universe is everything we know and don't know. And considering the extent of that which we don't know, I think its a logical fallacy to assume that we CAN define it.
Reply:God created the Universe, end of the topic. It is too complex to reach the Human Mind. Therefore it must have been God who made of the design in the Universe.
Reply:The universe is life.
Reply:it's the big dark thing in the sky that has little specks of shiny dirt in it.
Reply:BIG
