A florist has to make a floral arrangement. She has 6 banksias, 5 wattles and 4 waratahs. All the flowers of each kind are different. In how many ways can the florist make a bunch of 10 flowers if she has to use at least 3 of each kind?

Three ways. That′s because if she has to use at least three of each flower that leaves room for one more flower only , then choosing among the rest of the flowers you can make only three combinations of bunches.
Reply:If she has to use at least 3 of each kind then that takes of 9 of the 10 spots. So the difference would be what she put in the 10th spot. she has three choices.
