Flowers from FTD.com?

Hi

I was thinking about sending some flowers from FTD.com. I saw mini rose plants. Are they just an arrangement or do they keep growing? My sister really wants to grow roses but since she lives in a brightly lit apartment, I thought that I would send her a mini rose plant for her 21st birthday.

help please!

Flowers from FTD.com?
plant usually refers to a potted plant- fresh cut are the arrangements- the description may give you more info

i looked at the site- a bunch like the 'beautiful mini rose' say 'potted' so yes those are plants that will grow
Reply:I agree with the lady above - plant refers to living and growing plants while cut refers to cut flowers. Also, just to be sure you don't waste to much time, check to see if delivery is available to her state - I know for a fact you cannot order those mini rose bushes to be sent to Arizona - some agricultutal law - but I can't get them here~ learned the hard way!
Reply:ftd ripped me off and i will no longer do business with them...dont believe the guaranteed next day delivery bull...it doesnt always happen and they will not make any noticable compensation for not getting it there...
